Michael has over 22 years of experience providing advice and guidance to business owners of all stages and sizes including start up, growth, M&A, sale and listing.

A lover of strategy, Michael’s special interest is assisting clients to apply sound commercial strategies for the structuring and management of their business financials.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a Registered Tax Agent and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has three children, loves his golf and getting away with the family for active holidays. He is working his way through a marathoner’s journey of all the best cities in the world, and when not running enjoys catching up with friends over good food and wine.
